These are the positions we are hiring for:

Buffet Server Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Buffet Server to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the buffet station, ensuring it is well-stocked and visually appealing

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Explain menu items and answer any questions guests may have

• Keep the dining area clean and organized

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed

• Monitor and replenish buffet items as necessary

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Host/Hostess

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Dishwasher Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and workspaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils

• Store clean dishes and utensils properly

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Other duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Hostess Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Hostess to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them in a timely and friendly manner

• Take reservations over the phone and in person

• Answer guests' questions and provide menu recommendations

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area

• Assist with basic food preparation as needed

• Monitor and replenish buffet items as necessary

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Buffet Server

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Hostess preferred, but not required

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Table Busser Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking Busser to join our team and assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
